The panoramic view from the terrace adds a fine backdrop to your stay, perfect for evening relaxation. It's in a prime locale for exploring major attractions, with the tram and ferry close by for easy transport.
Unfortunately, the breakfast menu lacks variety, with staple items costing extra. The bathrooms show their age, needing an update after over a decade. Some rooms are rather small, cramping the experience, and minor maintenance issues could definitely use attention to enhance comfort. The wellness center's towel situation is a bit overzealous.

The room was clean with smoke detectors for safety measures, and a private safe, a mini bar, and central heating. The breakfast was satisfactory, featured a wide array of meals.
The breakfast they served was poor, hope one day it will definitely be improved.

amazing rooftop views, proximity to top tourist attractions, accessible Metro station
The swimming pool is tiny and poorly managed with strict noise rules!!! The rooftop terrace is dirty and unkept!!! Room sizes are misleading and bathrooms cramped!!! Need better lighting in lobby areas!!!

The nearby restaurant, red river pub, was as close as 800 feet from the hotel...

Very convenient, only about 10 min walk to all the sights in Sultanahmet. If you can get a room high enough (ie 6th floor) you can get the view of the Bosphorous. Breakfast was good, and included in the rates. Early check in was also possible which we were really grateful for after a long overnight flight. The rooms were relatively clean, and for the price and location we were satisfied.
The airconditioner didnt work in our room. Fortunately, as we were right by the sea, we had the breeze when we opened the windows so it wasnt too hot.

The location is very good for exploring the main sites of historical Istanbul. Walking distance to tram station, train and sea transportation.
If you are traveling by car, the location is quite hard to aproach. Recent public works in front of the hotel make parking difficult but not impossible. Anyway Istanbul is always crowded and traffic is a nighmare.

Location is very good, views at the Bosphorus excellent. Breakfast can improve... The hotel needs a huge renovation, however because the location views and the staff make feel good being there. Internet woks perfect: in the rooms and lobby, they have a parking under the hotel which is not common in this area.
They ask me to pay the 7 days I book in the check in, Amex did not work... Visa ok. The way how the ask to be paid was not polite....Works in front of the hotel, (building new metro line), street is dusty and difficult to get there at the first time as many streets around are block.

amazing, amazing, amazing
I stayed for 8 nights in a Standard Double or Twin Room, and the room's view of the city was lovely. The breakfast every morning was wholesome, plentiful, and offered a variety of tasty options. The reception staff were great. They allowed me to store my luggage securely while I enjoyed my last day in the city.
can recommend 😊❤️
